My Father's Idea (or, On Ending This Insane Iraq Occupation)

Section off areas, make them like small enclosed castles where people who are cleared security-wise can live in safety. Tag everyone with some kind of inhumane but necessary IDs so that they can be monitored for where they are at all times until those who are doing the renegade killings can be identified.  Expand the safety zones for the populous from these strongholds, out.

 I haven't understood much of the rest of his plan, but I sort of like this idea, crazy as it seems. Glad I'm not in Iraq.

Come to think of it, we need a plan for all countries subject to horrors.  Nigeria, wouldn't anything be better?

Handwriting

From experience, I wonder if there is any correspondence between illegible handwriting and poor communication skills, or even elusive personalities. If you don't care that others understand you in writing, does it translate to other types of communication, as well?

This could probably take a second to get an answer, by just talking to some handwriting expert, but it's easier to posit here.
