bear box
i think many tourists to places such as Yellowstone National Park would pay a pretty penny for a sort of bear protection shell. I imagine something that is carried like a backpack, and that can be pulled down over the body on all sides if and when threatened by a bear (or other threatening species, including humans, I'm sure). It would of course have to be made of some pretty hearty material, and it might be good to be a full box upon completion, because staking wouldn't probably hold up to a bear's brute strength.
Bears are a threat, my friends. We must do all we can.

would the bear box be made of some thing like a turtle shell? Maybe you could just tuck inside of it and then the bear could be watched from inside the shell?
I imagine in Yellowstone you saw people who wanted to touch the bear, so in that case a shell, might need some protective arm-gear so the person could pet the bear that might come by their shell?
eh?
